terracotta..

do u know whats terracotta? its nothing but the word named from latin 'terra cotta' which means earthernware..Terracotta was the only ceramic produced by Western and Columbian people till 14th century.Terracotta has been used throughout history for sculpture and pottery, as well as bricks and roof. In ancient times, the first clay sculptures were dried in the sun after being formed. Later, they were placed in the ashes of open hearths to harden, and finally kilns were used, similar to those used for pottery..but nowadays terracotta jewels has become a fashion..its made in different shapes and baked at high temperature. so that it turns as a ceramic jewelry.. same way quilling paper.. quilling papers are normal color paper cut in different dimensions. key chains, stud, pendant, photo frames, etc are made from it.. its also ecofriendly 

two days..

Its few days i have been here, was bit busy with exams and holidays were also started.. as its the month of may, our family planned to go for a short trip.. me with 51 members went for the tour.. tour had 3 nights and 2 days..first day was to our family temple, it had no proper facility for necessary things. As it's located in a village, we enjoyed the surroundings. Then poojas and other traditional formalities, birds song, canals were awesome and was interesting to see all those.. .. next day' plan was to kuttralam. There we stayed in a cottage.. it was a very nice experience.. nice climate, park, falls, nearby dam, running water, etc.. Also we took a cook with us.. he cooked for us.. we all ate together.. it was really fantastic to sit with family and enjoy .. we had songs, dance, games, etc.. on the whole last two days were superb and had a great time.. now again back to "whats next?!?" :(:(

yesterday was the first day of Tamil new year .. my day was good.. its a very old tradition of doing prayer with many fruits in front of god.. (also there's a belief that the year will be good if we wake in front of god with fruits kept near).. i went to family temple with parents and my brother.. then we also went to shivan temple which is located in the hill (near Kangeyam).. though it was very hot sun, i was surprised to see many people coming by walk to temple from very long distance.. hats off to those people who has great belief in god.. temple was full crowd... then we stood in a Que for more than 45 minutes and worshiped god..

last day of my college..

today is the last working day of my college life.. it will never come again even if it come, it ll not be that effective.. i didn't like the college at first but now everything seems to be different.. this was the place where i learnt about many things.. i have got only some knowledge related to studies.. but learnt many regarding outside world.. it was really a very nice place to enjoy also to learn.. before i was not sure whether i ll miss my college.. but now i really feel for it.. i really miss my classroom, staff scoldings, corridor where we used to do notorious things,laboratory, water doctor, silly fights, lots of misunderstanding (a cute smile after its been cleared), exam fear, result tensions, hangouts( nothing much but there's few like IV,etc)...lots and lots to say.. most especially friends and our together enjoyments.. gonna miss my college..

r u a book reader and novel lover?? if so then am suggesting u to read 2 books.."And the reason is you by Upasana Gupta" and " If it's not forever, its not love by Durjoy Datta" .. these are the books which are in simple English(so that u could understand better).. Ofcourse it's a love story.. but when u r completely in the world of book which u read, u ' ll find different concept in both.. make a try... 

get engaged with something..

i wish to blog everyday but there's no much interesting topic that strikes my mind.. excuse me for that.. today i just thought of saying something useful.. i and my batch mate were speaking to our project guide.. the sentence that he said us was very energetic and useful for our future.. that is "get engaged with something, sleep well and be happy".. observe the meaning carefully.. hope u too will find it useful..

am home after one and half months.. bro has come home.. enjoying here..nice food to eat.. nice places to go around.. feeling to be here always.. i wish i cud b here always..

it was nice today..

it was actually a very nice day.. today was the 4th review that i presented with my batch.. till the 3rd review we have got very silly questions like error in spelling, etc.. but today we got 4 technical questions.. that's the special about today, though we didn't answer all our 4 questions .. OK! i'll stop my boring project and lets speak something interesting.. do u know?! our college doesn't permit using of mobile phones at hostel..fortunately or unfortunately i have lost 2 of my phones last year.. it was seized by warden in a funny way.. now am in final year(using of mobile phone is permitted inside the room), so we all gathered together and met the warden to get back our mobile..she told us to meet the principal and get a letter signature.. after waiting for solid 2 hrs, we finally saw our princi.. do u know what was his answer? .. will return the phones when we come for alumni meet.. :(:(.. hell of all these restrictions! so i would like to be a principal or correspondent for a college where phones are allowed and the attendance is not compulsory, also which gives freedom for the students to expose their talents in all the activities.. (but lets c at least whether it happens in my dream!!!:))


could anyone please suggest me the way to seize principal's mobile phone? so that he might know the hardness of not having the phones.. what u say???

oops!!! am final year engineering student! have project n all othr stuff.. torchure!! was thinking about d one who invented exams n hw did he manage to clarify evrythn.. with d same speed, searched for d person in google.. atlast found that fellow's name..hes Henry A. Fischel.. yaeh, d one to whom all our scolding goes..last days of colg is not meant to enjoy rather than to engage with some useful but uncomfortable works.. am crazy! y these engineering colg is so hard to overcome!! thn finally came to a conclusion wen i saw this beautiful quote in my frnd's laptop wallpaper wic i liked..felt relaxed after seeing it.. "if u cant solve a pblm, thn wats d need to worry?".. i think its d energetic quote wic suits for all situation.. so come-on frndz....:)
