yesterday was the first day of Tamil new year .. my day was good.. its a very old tradition of doing prayer with many fruits in front of god.. (also there's a belief that the year will be good if we wake in front of god with fruits kept near).. i went to family temple with parents and my brother.. then we also went to shivan temple which is located in the hill (near Kangeyam).. though it was very hot sun, i was surprised to see many people coming by walk to temple from very long distance.. hats off to those people who has great belief in god.. temple was full crowd... then we stood in a Que for more than 45 minutes and worshiped god..
